Black spider with white spots on its back – How dangerous it is?

If the spider with white spots is found in a location where it appears not to be under any threat, capture it with a jar or open container and release it outside. It won’t bite humans if there are no threats in its current place. If however, the spider is located close to children or other animals that may come face-to-face with them (such as at playtime), the best bet would be to use some forceps or gloves and kill it by squishing, because spiders cause harm when they have venom on their fangs. Even if only one small tooth of theirs has venom on them already, they can still produce enough toxin inside their system to kill an adult human being.
