Black spider with white spots on its back – How dangerous it is?

The toxicity of a black-spotted spider varies, but it is not going to be worth guessing regardless. If you see one, make sure to take the necessary safety precautions.
When we talk about black spotted spiders in particular, we’re talking about “non-true” or harmless orb spiders such as the garden spider and cross spider so it’s less likely you’ll find any dangerous ones where you are. Black spotted spiders from other regions can have different levels of dangerous toxins so always err on the side of caution if you see one with white spots on its back!
