What are some of the best underrated anime series?

Wolf’s Rain : A lot of people thought this show was really good, but it didn’t get much media attention until recently. It’s still amazing even though it did come out over a decade ago. I would recommend for mature anime fans only, but anyone who loves adventure should really give it a watch.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya: This is one of the most popular and famous anime series in recent history. Originally aired from 2006-2010 with 2 movies made to conclude the series, there are 14 episodes with each being 24 minutes long without commercials (and 36 minutes if you include commercials).
