What do you think of the character Eri from My Hero Academia?
I think she’s okay as a character.
Eri is very shy and timid, which makes it difficult for her to have many friends in school. This becomes less of a problem when she befriends Deku (Izuku Midoriya) after the fire at her home village of Shimoda, though it was clear that even then Eri never made any friends outside of his company. At school Eri rarely talks, but more often than not when Eri does speak up she speaks with authority even if what she says might be incorrect or misguided – this dorky behavior suggests that despite being well-meaning and kind-hearted there are some underlying insecurities behind her attitude. When around Izuku Eri can become very shy, but when she’s on her own or in the company of friends Eri is more outspoken and tends to be logical.
