Discord cannot find the voice server.
If someone is having trouble connecting to your server on their Discord client, then they may have an issue with “connecting”. The best thing you can do is ask them to post their “Discord Status” from within their Client so you can tell which type of connection error they are running into. In some cases this error may be due to a firewall or antivirus preventing voice connections and will need more advanced troubleshooting than what’s available through this form, however it’s still worth assessing the situation first before diving into any fixes that involve uninstalling/shutting off software.
