What is the foreigner challenge on Instagram?

The whole point of the foreigner challenge is to have an Instagram account with a different country or location in their bio. When someone tags another person, they are saying that the tagged person could now become a foreigner and show off something from their home country as well.
It carries on by tagging one of your friends who already has an account set up. Everyone then tagfriends whose Instagram may not be set up yet, so that they can enter the contest too! One condition for joining this challenge is that you have to keep it up for at least 7 days
