The multishot enchantment is the same as the flame enchantment – it causes arrows to “explode” into several flaming arrows when they hit a target.
The number of flaming arrows produced varies depending on how many mobs are in vicinity. The more mobs there are, the more flaming arrows will be created. For example, shooting an arrow at a snowman results in 1 arrow that does nothing, while shooting an arrow at 4 snowmen results in 3 fiery explosions and one path of fire all over the place!
