Ultimately, after approximately 12-16 hours into a fast, most people will experience headaches and dizziness, followed by lethargy or extreme weakness soon afterwards.

An endeavor is an enterprise, usually of some complexity, that one engages in regularly. Most people tend to focus on their present “daily endeavors” which are the things they do daily such as wash clothes, cook dinner, exercise, etc. but it’s worth thinking about and structuring your work according with your future endeavors by giving advance thought and consideration to energy conservation (reduce pollution), environmentally safe development (decrease waste) and so forth. It’s realistic to say that all these factors would change the world for the better if more people cooperated in each of their endeavors towards a common goal.
