What can you use end crystals for in Minecraft?
End crystals are a rare item in Minecraft meaning that they spoil very quickly and can serve as a substitue for redstone to create obsidian.
The blacksmith who can make swords or tools out of end crystals will get the same experience from it that you would if it was smelted into an ingot of iron or other metal. This is a way in which the end crystals have been used. They are also totally non-functional, but may be used decoratively to give your home a spooky vibe during Halloween and with such things as spring plants for harvest time.
End Crystals were added in the 1.9 update for Minecraft. You can use them as decorative blocks, and they emit light that is visible from any distance from the block itself. Keep in mind that these upgrades are permanent once you place them in your world, so be selective where you put them if it doesn’t have a good purpose!
The crystals do not produce smoke but have a purple haze effect similar to other nearby endermen; they will only generate light if mined out of their containing structure or destroyed by an explosion (or other causes). They function much like glowstone when activated and may become inert again when cooled off by liquid water (including rain) over 10 seconds or running water flowing on top of it.
End crystals in Minecraft can be used as powerful explosives in the game. I have used them to create massive destruction in my world, wiping out large areas of blocks and enemies with just one crystal. Just be careful not to place them too close to yourself!
To light up your underground areas. The crystals will emit a purplish hue of light that is easier on the eyes than torches or lava. There is a catch, however: endermen will always attack you when they see them. You can use them to refill your hunger bar, mana bar, and health points. There are two ways you can use the crystals – either place some on the ground or use them by crafting a shaded area with them.
The hunger bar is filled as long as there is one end crystal in the shaded area. The other two bars lessen before gaining their normal max capacity if there are no end crystals in the shaded area. If you’re just creating an absorbing space for regeneration purposes, make sure not to create over half of your space with only one kind of block – this will cause unevenly distributed regeneration which might detract from its usefulness so it’s best to keep some blocks separate from others.
You can use an end crystal to create a beacon. This allows you to create a marker for your home. Endermen will not attack something that they see as part of their land, so this will help keep them away from your stash of diamonds and gold if you’ve gone exploring in the dark corners of Minecraft. You might be able to mine something that another player has set up as a home before, but any markers you place are invulnerable and cannot be mined by other players unless they have the required tool (e.g., Silk Touch).
End crystals can be used to respawn the Ender Dragon in Minecraft. I used them to bring back the dragon after defeating it for the first time, allowing me to fight it again and collect more experience points and dragon’s breath.

Minecraft works just like the real world. The more end crystals you have the more likely it is that carrots and potatoes will grow 100% of the time, turnips will grow 50% of the time, apples will grow 33% of the time, and if there are no end crystals in a 100 block radius then those crops won’t grow again. You can start your own farm by placing some farmland at one spot with a chest for high-value items nearby, then surrounding that spot with fencing to prevent any mobs from breaking in during nighttime. Farming gloves and boots make growing much easier and quicker than barehanded.
End crystals can be used to create Ender pearls, an ender chest (talk or step on it) and blocks of purpur.
The world of Minecraft is created almost entirely out of textured cubes. Everything is made up of different combinations of these cubic building blocks, which are arranged into larger structures including plants, trees, animals and people. In the game’s construction system there is a large limitation in the number textures available to make other block types with; many are simply copies of existing blocks that have been changed slightly. All in all they’re not too terribly useful and I’ve found that it takes a lot of FUSING so they might not be worth it if you don’t have an extra inventory slot or two. In my opinion, the only thing up there worth getting is Emeralds.
You can use end crystals to make a throwable, critical-hit dealing projectile. Craft it with 21 blocks of cobblestone and one diamond pickaxe, then right-click the crystal to throw it in an arc.
**End crystals** are extremely powerful tools for PvPers and solo players alike. They’re excellent for taking out pesky creepers early on your adventure, they work great against dark arts’y witches – here’s hoping they’re taken off this snapshot! End Crystals also make a deadly weapon when thrown in an arc at enemies – even more so if you happen to get good aim by crouching down and using your mousewheel or number keys while throwing spells.
End crystals can be used for many things, but they are mainly used to open the end portal. Most people use end crystals on banners to create an extremely powerful sword. They are also useful in building out a stronghold.
