Technically yes, but in real life there are many factors that play into whether or not someone thinks a titanium sword is better than steel swords.
Titanium swords are generally lighter and sharper than steel ones, which may make them more attractive to some people. Titanium alloys have exceptionally high strength against compression forces due to their crystalline structure – twice as strong as stainless steels, for instance. This means that titanium is much more resistant against breaking under heavy loads – it can withstand twice the compressive strain and energy before failure occurs when compared to regular carbon steel.
The question of whether or not a titanium sword would be best for you will depend on how you will be using the sword (most notably when cutting something and what it is you are cutting), how much money you have to spend, and if a titanium sword is a practical weapon for your chosen style.

Rogues have the widest array of class skills and subsequently, they can excel in a wider variety of builds. That being said, there are many different types of mastermind rogues out there and there’s no “best” answer as each build has its own set of pros and cons.
There are some very strong arguments to be made for Nightstalker for stealthy infiltration into unsuspecting communities that only find out too late who they’ve welcomed into their home or dungeon (detecting these rogues is not easy), Mastermind for switching stances between flanking opponents while keeping the rest at bay with metered bursts from sneak attack damage (masterminds get the most versatility with ability to grapple foes in fear-inducing manner), any number of hybrid builds that combine one or two of the above, and so on.
From a flavor perspective there’s also no “best” build. While many rogue players would prefer their character to be sharp-witted, charming, dexterous in combat while possessing superior knowledge in various fields to help further whatever agenda they choose to pursue (unlike wizards and clerics), there’s no explanation on why they can’t be all of these things while also being a supernaturally good fighter with an emphasis on speed (à la monks).
My personal recommendation is that you pick your favorite rogue archetype and focus on that. You can use one of the many tools available to optimize your character, such as this one which will tell you just how much damage you’ll be dealing on average with sneak attack.
In the end, all players have their own preferences and it’s up to them to decide what they want from a build. In fact, many of the most-used builds in D&D 5E were not even designed to be used by rogues in the first place (e.g., scout, eldritch knight).

You can do this additional time per day for every 5 Fighter level (minimum of once). However, if your DM tells you that spending too much luck is cheating and can only reroll on a 2+, I guess that’s how it goes! But go ahead and use one of your daggers from your _______ back-up weapon slot to cheat some more and add an extra D6 worth of damage when given advantage with disadvantage on the attack roll (if that’s not completely unbalancing)! Ok Gennifer? Cool beans.

Epsilon-zero is the natural limit to how many events happen in a finite space of time and space, because nothing can happen faster or slower than this. For example, an event that takes 1 second has an epsilon0 value of one trillion.
There are also infinitely many events epsilon zero seconds apart from each other (imagine what it would be like if everything were happening simultaneously). An event that lasts for 3 nanoseconds has an epsilons zero value of more than 3 million trillionths; i.e., it will always take a greater number of events before the event has reached its maximum size, rather than the number of events that you can fit into a given time or space.

The best place to live in Florida for families might be an answer you have to come up with on your own!
Sometimes a family might want more space, others lack the space and want a city. Some people may like the beach but prefer not to have humidity or risk hurricanes. There are many factors that can make us happier in one area over another; it also depends on age! If you’re planning on having children, there will be some decisions that are also need to be made based off of things like school systems and nearby hospitals. I would recommend doing some research into the different neighborhoods of Florida with help from your real estate agent but at least its good we were able to give you an answer 🙂
