You can make a payment over the phone by calling the Verizon customer service number. You will need to provide an account number that matches your phone account for them to be able to process your payment.

If you have not yet set up autopay (direct bank debit), then the easiest way to pay your bill over the phone is to go through Verizon’s Online portal and schedule an automatic payment for your next available due date.
With autopay, you can either set up direct bank debit or use a Visa card however, both options will incur a fee from $1 (for Visa) to $3 (for Direct Bank Debit).

Dial *611 from your Verizon Wireless phone. It will then prompt you to press one for billing, two for online account management, or three to change your plan information.
