How to track a package with DHL Global Mail?
You can’t track your package with DHL Global Mail.
DHL GLOBAL MAIL has discontinued tracking on our packages after the performance of the package was delivered. However, we do have a delivery confirmation service where you will get an email notification with the date and time of when your parcel has been successfully delivered to it’s destination.
If you are using a DHL Global Mail box with your current service provider, tracking the package is simple. Simply consult the account with your current provider to track.
If you are using an international mail service such as DHL International Mail as part of your current mailing or shipping solution, then tracking international packages can be a little more difficult. International Package Tracking requires either registered access to an online account setup by the company you’re shipping from OR for you to provide specific information about how the shipment will get tracked in order for experienced people in logistics and economics to find global solutions that will help track it down.
Click on the “Track Package” button, which will show you on a map when it was last scanned at one of their depots.
To track your package you can either go to www.dhl.com and log in with your account or phone number which DHL Global Mail have given you or click on the “track package button” key where it says Track Your Shipment just below Worldwide Tracking
The first option is available for registered users only, so if that’s not you then just go with the second one!
If there are any issues getting through to DHL Global Mail by telephone, they are available 24 hours a day via email as well.
If you have the parcel’s serial number or tracking code, you might be able to enter it on DHL Global Mail’s tracking page and see the location of your package. You can also check for updates at Office Depot. If these don’t help, contact DHL Global Mail Support online or dial their official number for immediate assistance.
